
Start with 1 whole white onion-diced. Add 1 tsp. of minced garlic. Add zucchini and squash. (I used the remaining portion of a bag (1/3 left) I had already opened. I would have used the entire bag if I had it.) Let the zucchini and squash get tender and then add 3 cans of beans. I used 2 cans black beans, and 1 can of kidney beans. Next, add 2 cans of diced tomatoes and chili powder to your liking. Enjoy!
